• Service Sales Manager At a glance: Are you passionate about helping customers get the most from their automated logistics systems?
• As a Service Sales Manager, based in our Veghel office, you are the commercial owner of long-term service partnerships, supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their automation solutions.
• In this strategic role, you help customers improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency while contributing to the growth of our service business.
• Working at the intersection of technology, customer success, and commercial strategy, you play a key role in turning successful projects into lasting partnerships.

Your Impact

• Translate customer needs into tailored service solutions.
• Develop compelling service proposals, business cases, and value propositions.
• Build pricing strategies and lead commercial negotiations.
• Manage contract renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive sustainable growth.
• What makes you a great fit?
• A bachelor's or master's degree and 5+ years of commercial experience in an industrial, logistics, or automation environment.
• Experience with service sales, consultative selling, business development, and account management.
• Experience developing commercial proposals, pricing models, and service agreements.
• Affinity with automated warehouse-, material handling-, or industrial automation solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
• What you can look forward to?
• This position offers a gross monthly salary range from €5.700,- up to € 7.600,- depending on your experience.
