Job coaching for technical sales
Get the offer. Not just the interview.
One-to-one coaching by the recruiters behind Technical Sales Board. We place technical sales people every day – we know what industrial employers check first, and we make sure you show it.

What sales leaders check first
- Target attainment – in numbers
- New business vs. account growth
- Deal sizes and sales cycles
- Industries and applications you know
- Territory, languages, mobility
Why it works
01
We sit on the other side of the table
Our recruiters brief and debrief with sales directors and managing directors every week. We know why candidates are rejected after the first call – and what made the last hire stand out.
02
Built for sales, not for everyone
A sales CV is a track record, not a job description. We turn responsibilities into results: revenue, new accounts, deal sizes, territories – the language hiring managers in industry read.
03
You practise the real thing
Mock interviews with the questions sales leaders actually ask, including sales cases, role plays and objection handling – followed by direct, specific feedback.
The difference, in one line of a CV
Before
“Responsible for sales of packaging machines in the DACH region.”
After
“Grew DACH revenue from €3.2m to €5.1m in three years; won 14 new OEM accounts; largest single order €1.8m.”
Illustrative example.
What we work on
CV & LinkedIn that sell
Structure, wording and numbers. One page a sales director reads in 30 seconds and wants to talk about.
Your positioning
Hunter, farmer or both? Which industries, deal sizes and territories are your home turf – and how to say it in two sentences.
Interview training
Realistic mock interviews: pipeline questions, a sales case, a role play, the weak spots in your CV.
Salary & package
Base, variable, targets, company car, territory. What is market standard for your role and country – and how to negotiate it.
The right targets
Which employers and roles fit your profile, which do not – and how to approach them, including the hidden job market.
Your first 90 days
A plan for the start that you can already present in the final interview – a classic way to win the offer.

Request coachingQuestions candidates ask us
Who are the coaches?
Experienced technical sales recruiters – the team behind Technical Sales Board – who place sales engineers, area and key account managers, country managers and sales leaders with industrial companies across Europe. They coach what they assess every day.
Is coaching only for people who are actively applying?
No. Many candidates book a session to prepare a move in six or twelve months, to position themselves for a leadership role, or to benchmark their salary before a negotiation.
In which languages do you coach?
English and German. CVs can be reviewed in both languages.
Do you guarantee a job?
No – nobody seriously can. What we do is remove the avoidable reasons for rejection and make sure your results are visible. If there is a fitting role among our mandates, we will tell you.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Coaching is separate from recruiting: we do not share anything with employers and we do not put you forward for any position without your explicit consent.
What does it cost?
Coaching is billed per hour, with no minimum package. The hourly rate depends on your seniority and is part of our reply to your request.
