Questions candidates ask
Who can see my profile?
Everyone can see the anonymised version: role, industries, track record, languages and preferences. Your name, contact details and employer are stored separately and are never part of the public page.
Can my current employer find me?
Your profile contains nothing that names you or your company, and we check every profile before it goes live. If you tell us your current employer, that company is excluded from introductions.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The talent pool is free for candidates – employers pay Technical Sales Board a fee when they hire.
What happens when a company is interested?
The company asks Technical Sales Board for an introduction. A recruiter calls you, tells you who is asking and what the role is. Only if you say yes does the company learn who you are.
How do I change or delete my profile?
Send us a short message from the address you signed up with – the contact details are in the imprint. We update or delete your profile and your contact data within a few days.
