The Job: Do you thrive on building strategic customer relationships and driving business growth in a dynamic automotive environment?

As our Key Account Manager Automotive, you will play a key role in managing and expanding important automotive accounts, including OEMs and Tier customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can spot opportunities, convert them into results, and create long-term value for customers and the business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow strategic automotive accounts, including OEM and Tier customers, across the Nordics and wider EMEA region where relevant.
• Drive profitable growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding share of wallet, and delivering effective account development plans.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of service, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Understand customer strategies, technical requirements, and market trends to position tailored solutions and support commercial success.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, quotations, and contract-related activities in line with internal guidelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, service, operations, and customer support to deliver customer commitments and support forecasting, pipeline management, and continuous improvement.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, key account management, or a similar commercial role, ideally within the automotive or industrial sector.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive commercial growth in complex B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of automotive customers, commercial processes, account development, and customer-facing negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel as required.
