Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible The Bioprocess Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned customer and distributor accounts while supporting Cytiva’s commercial strategy across the bioprocess portfolio. This role acts as a key commercial contact, working collaboratively with internal teams and channel partners to deliver value‑based solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer and distributor accounts to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market presence.
• Execute account plans and sales activities aligned with Cytiva’s commercial strategy and defined targets.
• Collaborate with sales specialists and technical teams to support solution‑based selling and design‑in activities.
• Identify, track, and progress opportunities, including forecasting, quotations, and CRM updates.
• Ensure compliance with Cytiva policies while sharing market insights and supporting digital sales processes.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Business Administration, or a related field Several years of experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably within the Biotechnology or Life Sciences industry Experience supporting customer and/or distributor relationships in a commercial role Experience working within cross‑functional or matrix organizations Fluent English and local language Join our winning team today.
