While the primary focus will be on the Republic of Ireland, you'll also manage key customer accounts in Northern Ireland, with occasional travel required.

Your focus will be on promoting and selling our market-leading dairy hygiene, cleaning, and washing solutions, helping farmers maintain the highest standards of milk quality, herd health, and equipment care. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who combines agricultural knowledge with a passion for building long-term customer relationships and delivering value to farming businesses. Lead sales discussions and contract negotiations to establish and develop long-term partnerships.

Manage and nurture key accounts in Northern Ireland, with regular remote engagement and occasional site visits. Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and product delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and business development.

About You We're ideally looking for someone based in the Republic of Ireland, where the majority of customer visits will take place. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for a portfolio of customers in Northern Ireland, which can largely be managed remotely, alongside planned travel to the region approximately once or twice per month. Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the agricultural, dairy, or farming supply sector.

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing a large territory independently. Full, clean driving license essential.

If you’re ready to combine your agricultural expertise with commercial drive, and you thrive on growing business through genuine partnerships, we’d love to hear from you. We understand that not every candidate will possess every desired qualification listed above. If your experience varies from our outlined requirements, yet you believe you can bring value to the role, we encourage you to apply and share your unique perspective with us.
